Ottery Saint Catchpole is a small town that was founded by the early Sim settlers of the 1800's.

Some of the older structures are still present, such as the old shoe making factory CASANova's which has since been turned into a nightclub. You can also find the Mayor's House Bed & Breakfast which was once the grand Colonial Style mansion of Ottery's first Mayor, but now serves as the town's upscale visitor's retreat. If you are hungry, you can stop by Tegan's Interlude Cafe for some home-cooked food, and enjoy a good book in her upstairs Piano Bar. Ottery is also home to the Red Room Theatre, part of the Alphaville United Arts Council, and receiver of the David Pierce Arts Grant.
