Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How do I add my property to your site?
   You have to fill in a form by clicking here. All fields must be filled in except the property ID number. If you do not have a website, leave that field blank.



2. What are the open hours?
   Your open hours are the hours that you are usually open. If you are not sure, Random is a satisfactory answer.



3. How do I put up screenshots of my property?
   Your screenshots will be taken by Sims City Guides Travel Agents during your property's open hours. List to come soon.



4. How long does my description have to be?
   Your description can be as long as you want it to be. Just keep in mind that people prefer skimming, so you probably want to keep it short and interesting. If you want more information on your page, I suggest making a web page for your property. See TSO Community Center for more information on having your Sim website made.



5. What is my property ID?

Only properties presently in our database have an ID. This ID number is found in the URL of each property. If it is your first time submitting a property, leave this field blank. Property ID has to correspong with e-mail address for property to be updated.


6. What if I just want to change my property information?
   All you have to fill in all fields on the same form as for adding a property. For security reasons, e-mail address much match the name of the Property Owner. Coming soon: Login area for property owners to modifty their info.



7. What will you do with my e-mail address?

Your e-mail address is protected. It will not appear anywhere on the website and will not be sold or given to other people. We respect your privacy.
