What's been missing in your Sims' family life? Pets of course! For the first time ever, The Sims™ Unleashed will give your Sims the chance to add a furry friend to the family.

Your Sims will have plenty to do while taking care of their pets. An expanded neighborhood with 30 additional residential lots and five community lots featuring parks, cafes and a vegetable market will give your Sims and their pets a variety of places to meet their neighbors.

• Pets: Visit the pet store and bring home a dog or a cat for your Sims. Or buy a giant parrot, turtle, lizard or fish, which provide fun for your family but without needing to be housebroken.
• Bigger neighborhoods: The Sims Unleashed gives players an expanded neighborhood with 30 additional residential lots and five local community lots that feature parks, a new coffee shops and a market. Walk your dog at the park or bring your cat to the coffee shops and build relationships with your neighbors through your love for pets.
• New Characters: Hire an amazing Pet Trainer to prepare your pet for the local pet show. Impress the Pet Judge in order to earn ribbons for obedience, tricks and good pet mood. There are even new animal characters, like Fifi the flirtatious french Poodle and Spike the bullying Bull Dog, for your pets to meet, too.
• Five new careers: Send your Sims down five new career tracks with 50 new jobs. Enter the world of fashion, become a world famous chef, take care of the neighborhood's pets as a veterinarian, educate our future Sims or run away and join the circus.
• Gardening: Sims can now grow a variety of vegetables in their own garden plots using seeds purchased at the local garden store. Proper care of the garden will yield a crop that can be picked and stored in the new pantry. Hard-working families can now live off the land, or make a living by selling their homegrown vegetables at the market.Use your pets to help chase off the rabbits and gophers.
• 125 new objects: Redecorate your Sims' home for the new pet's arrival. The Sims Unleashed contains dozens of new objects for pets and people plus an all-new decorator set with a New Orleans French Quarter theme.
